ELFE is a growing program seeking additional classroom team members at our unique childcare centers. If you love working with kids or are looking for more meaningful work in a new field, this is a great opportunity to build your skills. ELFE stands apart from other childcares in that our program includes a separate department that provides intensive services for children with special needs. This allows our typically developing childcare program to enjoy smaller class sizes, more admin support and higher adult-to-child ratios. We are currently seeking experienced lead teachers to join the team.

Qualifications (Early Childhood Educator Requirements):
- CDA or a minimum of 12 credits in early childhood education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working with young children
- Must have a passion for working with children and early education
- Must be able to work in a professional setting with young children
- Must have a valid ID and reliable transportation
- No degree required
